Clear booking responsibilities for ANR Travels customers.
Quotations and confirmation
Prices and availability are provisional until the required payment is received and ANR Travels issues written confirmation. Airfares, exchange rates, taxes and supplier inventory can change before confirmation.
Traveller information
Customers must provide accurate names, dates of birth, passport details and other required information. Costs caused by incorrect or late information are the customer’s responsibility.
Supplier conditions
Airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers and other suppliers provide components under their own conditions. Schedule, baggage, change, cancellation, no-show and service rules may apply in addition to these terms.
Passports, visas and health
Travellers are responsible for valid travel documents, visas or permissions, transit eligibility, vaccinations and destination requirements unless a written service expressly states otherwise. Visa assistance does not guarantee approval.
Payments, changes and cancellation
Payment schedules and applicable fees are stated in the quotation or package agreement. Changes and refunds depend on timing, work already performed and recoverability from suppliers or authorities.
Hajj and Umrah
Pilgrimage services may be affected by government programs, permits, operating rules, accommodation allocation and transport controls. The written package for the applicable year takes precedence.
Events outside reasonable control
ANR Travels is not responsible for events it cannot reasonably control, including government action, weather, security events, strikes, supplier failure or schedule disruption, but will assist with available options where possible.
